これまで多く作品の監督をさせてもらいましたが、
ダークファンタジー物は初めてになります。
原作を読むたびに自分の力量で大丈夫かな？と不安になりますが、
それ以上に原作の持つ世界観をアニメ化したい気持ちが勝っています！お楽しみに。

I have directed many works so far, this will be my first dark fantasy.
Every time I read the original, I feel uneasy about whether my ability is enough,
but the feeling of wanting to animate the world view of the original is winning!

フィルムとして魅力的に映るようにしつつ
作品のドラマ感をより写実的に表現していければと思います。

原作の圧倒的な世界観に魅了され、絶対にギドを演じたい！

思いの強さが役を引き寄せてくれたのかもしれません。

私の今持つ力をギドに全て注ぎ込みます。

Fascinated by the overwhelming world view of the original,
I definitely want to play Guideau!
The audition that I challenged with enthusiasm.
It may be that the strength of my thoughts drew me to the role.
Savoring the happiness of being entrusted with the main character of the story,
I will pour all of my current power into Guideau.

森川智之 Toshiyuki Morikawa

この度、アシャフ役を演じることになりました声優の森川智之です。
一味も二味も違った切り口で楽しませてくれるピカレスク・ファンタジー。
棺桶を背負う役は初めてですが
ファンの皆様の期待に応えられるよう頑張りますのでお楽しみに。

This time, I will play the role of Ashaf.
I'm Toshiyuki Morikawa, a voice actor.
A picaresque fantasy that will entertain you from different perspectives.
It's the first time I've played the role of carrying a coffin,
but I'll do my best to meet the expectations of the fans,

イオーネ Ione

日笠陽子 Yoko Hikasa

一話という大事な導入の話数に登場する魔女イオーネを演じます、日笠陽子です。
魔女と人、其々の正義と大義、復讐。仄暗さを纏った空気感が合わさり、魔力のような何とも言えぬパワーを持ったこの作品。
後味の悪さがザラザラと残るので、見ていて様々な感情が生まれてくると思います。
誰に感情移入するのかで、かなり作品の見え方が変わりそうです。
是非ギド達の旅路を見守ってください。

I’m Yoko Hikasa. I acted as a witch “Ione,” who has a key role in the first episode to guide you to the story.
Witches and people, justice and cause, and revenge. This story has a unique power like magic with a dark atmosphere. It might leave you with bad and complicated feelings.
I think the feelings change a lot depending on who you’ll get emotionally attached to.
Please, follow the Guideau’s trip.

マリー Mary

芝崎典子 Noriko Shibasaki

ダークでミステリアスな世界観と爽快なバトルシーンに、気がつくと引き込まれていること間違いなしの作品です。
私が演じさせていただいたマリーは、街の英雄である魔女のイオーネを敬愛している、弟子の少女です。
突然現れたギドとアシャフは何者なのか？この世界における魔女とは？放送をどうぞお楽しみに！

I’m sure you will be attracted by the dark and mysterious world, and exciting battle scenes.
Mary, who I acted, is an apprentice girl who looks up to a city’s hero, Ione.
Who are Guideau and Ashaf, who suddenly appeared? What do witches mean in this world?
Please, look forward to broadcasting this anime!

キーラ・ヘインス Kiera Haines

皆川純子 Junko Minagawa

キーラを演じさせていただきました。
出演させていただいた話は終始重い展開でしたが、ダークなだけでなく、
どこか「美しさ」も感じるような不思議な感覚でした。
あっという間にこの世界に連れていかれるような、強い引力を感じずにはいられません。
皆さんにもこの感覚を味わっていただきたい。
放送を皆さんと一緒に楽しみに待ちたいと思います。楽しみです！

I played the role of Kiera.
The episode I acted in was dark from beginning to end, but at the same time I also felt “beauty” somewhere in the story.
I can’t stop feeling the strong power, like drawing into this world instantly.
I’d like you to feel this as well.
I’m waiting for the broadcast with everyone! So excited to watch it!

ルーベン・コール Reuben Cole

⽊内秀信 Hidenobu Kiuchi

ダークファンタジー好きなので、まず「魔女と野獣」というタイトルに非常に興味をそそられました。
僕は皆川純子さん演じるヘイシスの恋人、ルーベンという役の声を担当しました。
回想での登場ですが、彼は彼女の魔術の師でもありました。二人の過去に何があったのか、
それがヘイシスの運命をどう変えていくのか、放送をお楽しみに！

I love a dark fantasy, so I was very interested in the title at first, “The Witch and The Beast”.
I played the role of Reuben, who is boyfriend of Haines acted by Junko Minagawa.
Reuben will appear in the flashback scenes, and he was also her mage master. What’s happened to them? What will it change Haines’s fate?
I hope everyone will enjoy this story!

シュルク Shulk

髙坂篤志 Atsushi Kosaka

シュルク役の髙坂篤志です。
素敵な世界観にキャラクター、そして、魅力的な役者の方々に混ざってお芝居が出来た事を光栄に思います。
元々原作が面白い作品ですが、そこにアニメーションの演出が加わる事で世界観が更に広がり、面白さが増した作品になっています。
是非、よろしくおねがいします。

I’m Atsushi Kosaka, who acted as Shulk.
I’m glad to play the role of him in a wonderful world setting and characters with great actors.
The original work is already good, but adding to the animation expressions, the world looked wider, and the story was more interesting. Thank you.

ロラン役の寺島拓篤です。
原作を拝見して、暗鬱とした重厚感のある雰囲気に一瞬で引き込まれました。
作品の魅力をアニメという形でも発揮できるよう、一出演者として精一杯演じさせていただきました。

I'm Takuma Terashima, playing the role of Loran.
After reading the original works, I was drawn into its gloomy and deep atmosphere in a second.
I've put my lot efforts into portraying my character, trying to bring out the attractions of the works into the anime.

ファノーラ・クリストフル Phanora Kristoffel

早見沙織 Saori Hayami

黙って立っているだけで独特の存在感を放つファノーラさん。
アフレコの際も、クールで余裕があり、普通の人とはどこか違う雰囲気を意識しました。
個人的には、ヨハンとの茶目っ気溢れるやりとりが楽しかったです。2人のコンビネーションにもご注目ください。
放送をお楽しみに。

Phanora has a unique characteristic just by standing silently.
I consciously acted her to be cool and matured demeanor, and created an atmosphere that sets her apart from ordinary people.
Personally, I enjoyed the playful conversations with Johan. Please pay attention to having a good chemistry of them.

ヨハン Johan

逢坂良太 Ryota Osaka

今回ヨハン役を演じさせていただきました、逢坂良太です。
ヨハンはファノーラとタッグを組んでいるのですが、基本的に尻に敷かれている男です。
ただ、いざ事が起これば出来る男なので、ギャップが素晴らしいキャラになっています。
2人の掛け合いも楽しいですし、どのように事件を解決していくのか、是非注目していただければと思います。

I'm Ryota Osaka, playing the role of Johan.
Johan partners with Phanora and he is generally a man under her control.
However, he is a reliable man when it comes to handling the situations, and I think this gap makes him charming.
The conversations between Johan and Phanora are enjoyable, and I hope you'll pay attention to how they resolve the cases.

ヘルガ・ベルベットを演じさせていただきます、富田美憂です。
出演のお話をいただいて原作を拝見させていただいた時、あまりの面白さに気付けば全巻一気に読み進めていました。
アフレコ現場では、先輩方の素晴らしいお芝居に圧倒的されつつも、「ここに自分も食いついていかなければ！」という気持ちで本当に生き生き楽しくお芝居させていただいています！
魔女であるヘルガが抱えているもの、過去、成長を是非見守っていただけたら嬉しいです。

心ある魔剣という、声に全ての感情が表れることになるキャラクターを担当させていただくことは難しくも大変有意義な経験になりました。
一見憎らしい性格のアシュガンですが、ヘルガとの関係の機微なども含めて楽しんでいただけたらと思います。

処刑人、、！何と禍々しく魅惑的な言葉。このヒールの匂い満タンの役どころ。待ってました〜っ！
素顔を隠している時の処刑人は、まるで白塗りの歌舞伎役者の様。モノセクシャルな残忍さが漂う。
そして実態はチョイとオタクな「大きなお兄ちゃん」。悪役好きな私は十二分に愉しませて頂きました。
