Fostering a culture that leads to innovation
In order to grow sustainably as an organization in these times of rapid change, every individual in the organization needs to recognize change, learn, and continue to grow.
Opening its doors in April 2018, the in-house university TBS Group University (hereafter TGU) is a common “place of learning” which offers multiple programs for all people working in the TBS Group.
It is an initiative which develops disciplined talent, willing to learn for themselves and grow, thereby fostering a culture that leads to innovation creating new value.
It offers a wide variety of programs ranging from the latest state of media affairs, entertainment business and digital technology trends, as well as courses on the SDGs, branding, human rights and broadcasting ethics, and business skills, thereby serving as a base for developing talent who will lead the TBS Group into the future.In January 2022, the sought-after campus was established in a building next to the broadcast center.
Following the containment of the COVID-19 pandemic, the campus will also be used extensively as a place for various forms of communication and serve as a bridge leading to the growth of employees.
