Our Vision & Goals

Six Materialities

We announced materialities (key issues) to achieve our vision and goals.

  • In 2022, we discussed the key issues to be addressed in order to achieve the TBS Group VISION 2030—our long-term vision announced in 2021—and the TBS Group Medium-Term Management Plan 2023. This discussion identified a total of six materialities with three pertaining to our businesses and three pertaining to ESG. We have also defined specific targets for each materiality. By continuing efforts to address these key issues, we will create and deliver wonderful “moments” that move hearts and minds, as highlighted in the TBS Brand Promise.
