Mozambique Diary

On Operations:
We are working at Mussala's village an area near to Cuamba district with high soil contamination, this ground after clearance will benefit the populations and they can make farms and use the church for praying and more benefits. We are now working at our last weeks of year for the Christmas leave until January at 05, we're not be able to Finnish this task at this year we plan to continue at the following Year on the first three months which we presume to Finnish ( pending on a rain season).
On Life in general:
My name is Enriques da Costa Muanamalua, I'm 36 years old, born in Alto-Molocue, at Zambezia Province, married and with four children, three girls one at the school at grade one, and the boy not at the school yet.
I studied until grade eight. My primary school I did at primary school at Alto Molocue and the secondary of Namela both in Zambezia did not go further because of army.
I join HALO as a Deminer since 2000 by radio announcement.
I am a Catholic and I'm a supporter of Frelimo's Party. I do drink, smoke.
I'm proud of my self.
I'm working and I've got my own house in Molocue which I built with the money I end during my business by buying/selling (cashew nuts/beans/peanuts/maize) but now I'm leaving at a rented house in Nampula.
Since I join HALO no problems with my team at all.
My big worried are when my campaign prolongs.
Since I started demining in HALO no mines I found.
On the future I would like to give to my children the better education.
Nothing else to say.
