On operations:
During this period the team after finish the Ruasse task went on leave and after leave we'll move up to Murrupula and Mussala tasks.
The life in general
My name is Fernando Muzarande Joa, with 30 years old, was born in Beira, single, now resident in Nampula province, no children's.
I Studied until grade eight and I did my Primary school in Beira and the secondary at Manga Industrial School and did not go further because I stooped school to start working because of various problems "money".
I'm catholic "12 Apostolos"Natural of the Edge, I'm a supporter of Felimo's Party .I don't drink , don't smoke and I like to dance and listen to music.
I did join Halo Trust by radio announcement in year 2001, and a Machine operator since 2002 at M4 Team.
I did work in ECMEP and Mota both companies are Road constructors and at both I left because of ending contracts.
With the money I got from Halo "salary" make my dreams real and my life much better.
My plans are, built my own house and get married soon, safe more money to buy a vehicle (pickup) to do some business.
I'm a good guy, with no problems in Halo good relation ship with others, also on my village and on my view our office staffs is helpful and I never had written worning.
When I'll get married I'll try to keep my children's on the school and give them the best.
My view and sorry is concerning the time that takes the more in the camp, when they increase the campaign in the height in that should enjoy the vacations.
It thinks should have at least a bonus of as for instance I subsidize isolation, in a quick consideration at least for the personnel that work with machines.
