Kiki Sugino boasts a prolific career as an actress, director and a producer with films such as “Hospitalité (2010), which won her the Best New Actress Award at the Yokohama Film Festival. Her following works include,“Odayaka” (2012), Au revoir l'été”(2014) and “Chigasaki Story” (2015) which she produced and starred. Her directorial debut, “Kyoto Elegy,” was premiered at TIFF in 2014. Her sophomore feature, “Taksu” (2014), won the Rising Director Award at the Busan Film Festival. Sugino has worked widely in Asia, and her works has been specially featured(?) at TIFF and the Taipei Film Festival. Her recent directorial work is “Snow Woman”, which was premiered at competition of TIFF in 2016.

Kohei ANDO
Film Maker, Programming Advisor of Tokyo International Film Festival Professor emeritus at Waseda University
Ando, who in his youth worked with Shuji Terayama who was very famous poet, author and film director in Japan, is known for his refined and creative expressivity as a filmmaker. He is a global pioneer to incorporate Hi-vision techniques in film making. His many films have received numerous international awards, including the Silver Maile Award at the Hawaii International Film Festival and the Grand Prize at the International Electronic Cinema Festival in Montreux. His works are included in the collections at major art museums and film libraries in Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo and elsewhere. In both 2001 and 2005, his retrospective exhibition had been held in Paris.

Jae-Huun Ahn
Animation director
Director Ahn started his career as an animator. He is particularly skilled at lyrical and colorful expressions, and his 2011 work “ Dream of a Precious Day“ became the first South Korean full-length animation to be shown nationwide. He is drawing the respect of young creators for the passion he puts in creating his animation work.

Neco Lo che-ying
Animation producer and critic
Neco Lo che-ying is an experienced animation producer and director who began working as an independent animator in 1977. Most of his animation shorts won gold awards at the Hong Kong Independent Short Film Festival ( now IFVA) and were shown at numerous international film festivals.
He worked as animation designer at Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK) between 1978 and 1993, and was responsible for numerous educational animation and opening titles.
Since the 80s, he has written extensively about animation history as well as teaching animation principles in various university and colleges. In recent years, Neco has been a tireless campaigner for Hong Kong animation, and has curated a number of exhibitions on history of Hong Kong and Taiwanese animation since 2006.
He currently serves as the secretary general of the Hong Kong animation industry and cultural association and is producing a new animation feature in Hong Kong.

CEDRIC ELOY
Graduate in International Business and Management, Cedric Eloy has worked for the movie industry since 1998 when he started as General Secretary of the Amiens International Film Festival in France, a large festival dedicated to cinema of the southern hemisphere and masters rediscovery.
In 2003 he set up the Picardy Film Commission in northern France, and has supported over 50 film shoots a year such as Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Stephen Frears and the famous HBO series Merlin. As a representative of the Film France network regional members, he actively participates in the development of the French film commission’s outreach within the Film France Board.
In 2009, he launched Cambodia Film Commission intitated by Rithy Panh, an organization under the Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts of Cambodia to promote Cambodia as a film destination. He has been dedicated to create a better filming environment in Cambodia, support film initiatives, propose film trainings and support shoots of foreign producers from all over the world in the “kingdom of wonder”. In 2010, he initiates the Cambodia International Film Festival (CIFF) that has become the largest cinema event in Cambodia.
