Promoting “T-work,” a working style unique to TBS
Developing an environment where people holding diverse values and ideas
can work togetherSince April 2020 at TBS, we have been promoting “T-work,” a working style unique to TBS, where people with diverse ideas and values can work together to create new value.
The T in T-work stands for TBS, time management and telework. In addition to promoting remote work as a way to create an environment where employees can flourish while raising children, we have established the Hanasakasu Nursery School on company premises and are providing a positive working environment for employees who are raising children, caring for sick family members, or receiving medical treatment.
To secure diverse talent, we are also working to foster a culture in which diverse individuality is respected through training programs designed to teach a variety of values and help employees put them into practice, such as LGBT training at TBS Group University (TGU), our in-house university.Hanasakasu Nursery School, opened in 2018
In addition to supporting employees with children, the nursery school is open to the local community, thereby contributing to diversity by functioning as a place of employee education where they can come into contact with diverse perspectives and values.Reports of actions toward society
