For more than one week we were moving to the new minefield and now we have started at Kindgy Tea Factory. It is very interesting-new area, new people. It is like new work.

We were thanked a lot by neighbors of our old minefield and it was a little bit of a pity to leave them. But now they are going to use this area and that is the more important thing for us.

Our new place is completely different but important as well because Tea Factory is one of the main links in the big agricultural chain. We hope, as do local authorities, that this minefield will be finished soon, which means more chances for villagers to get a job there. And just for the record-local tea is not worse than AHMAD Tea. The only problem is a poor manufacturing industry and things like that.

The Otobaya deminers are lucky to have their annual leave this month as it is harvesting season in that area and they have to help their relatives working hard in the fields. Many sources of income in Abkhazia are not developed at the moment so people have to use any opportunity, work hard and get results by all means possible. But later they will come back to the minefield and show good results.
