Neco Lo che-ying from Hong Kong (animation producer, director, and critic), Han Byung A from South Korea (animation director), Tan Chui Mui from Malaysia (director, screenwriter, producer) will participate.

From Japan, Shuzo John Shiota (President & CEO of Polygon Pictures Inc.), Yuichi Itoh (animation director, professor at Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School), Kohei Ando (filmmaker, professor emeritus at Waseda University), Noriko Matsumoto (producer at dwarf studios) will participate as judges.

The Grand Prize will be announced at the awards ceremony on October 7th.
