Masaharu Fukuyama stars in a Sunday drama for the first time as a diligent branch manager of Mitsutomo Bank. This drama depicts the Mitsutomo Bank officers’ retaliation against their superiors and the establishment for their irrational use of power to stymie employees. One day, Kataoka (Masaharu Fukuyama) is transferred to the Kamata branch. He is excited about his long-awaited promotion. However, Yokoyama (Hiroshi Mikami), the managing director, tells him that he doesn’t have to work so hard because the Kamata branch is expected to close down soon. The bank officers are incompetent and are soon to be laid off. Mayama (Teruyuki Kagawa), an assistant branch chief, is especially difficult to deal with because nobody knows what he is thinking. It becomes apparent that the president of a company that the bank provided a loan to, did a fly-by-night. While Kataoka searches for this president, he remembers what Yokoyama had said to him about how meaningless his efforts would be and wrestles with his conscience. Meanwhile, the bank headquarters contact Kamata branch letting them know that they will be coming in for an inspection of loans. Will Kataoka’s conscience save the bank or…!?

Tomohisa Yamashita stars in a serial drama as a genius scientist with an artificial robot hand. Together with his good-natured assistant and an attractive government official, they solve various challenging cases using surprising scientific methods. Tetsu Himokura (Tomohisa Yamashita), an eccentric parasitologist who prefers to be around parasites than around humans, goes about saving people’s lives. He conducts research on parasites at his home which was once a huge botanical garden. Tomoe Makino (Nanao), from the Cabinet Secretariat medical science management office has received an anonymous warning letter about a patient who is possibly infected with the “Chagas Disease” and asks for Himokura’s cooperation.
Although Himokura has no interest in getting involved at first, Makino proposes something in return, an offer he cannot refuse. He goes to see Doctor, Haruma Takaie (Gaku Hamada) who had examined the patient in question before.

A serial drama based on Kaeruko Akeno’s novel, “I Will Not Work Overtime, Period!”. While Yui Higashiyama (Yuriko Yoshitaka), whose policy is to not work overtime, struggles between unique seniors and colleagues at work, she often causes small miracles to happen. Yui works as a director at a web design company, and has never worked overtime since she joined the company due to a past traumatic experience. She focuses on working efficiently and productively, and leaves her office on time every day. Enjoying a few beers at her favorite Chinese restaurant after work has become her daily routine. However, her peaceful life is disrupted when Fukunaga (Yusuke Santamaria), her new boss who has a habit of saying inappropriate things albeit without any malicious intent comes into her life.
